The Trust is managed by a duly constituted Managing Committee consisting of 5 Trustees (term 9 years) and 7 Committee Members (term 6 years). Meetings are held every month by the Committee Members in which important decisions are taken with regard to functioning of the Trust.
The Accounting of the Anjuman is totally computerized and the accounts are audited on a yearly basis by a firm of Chartered Accountants and thereafter filed with the Income Tax Department.
Proper systems and procedure have been established and Sub-Committees Viz. Housing Allotment, Construction and Leasing have been formed for transparent and expeditious decisions making. Tri-annual General Body Meetings are held in which all important issues of the Anjumans are transacted.
